Second Life changed their TOS a few months ago that has many scrambling to rewrite their own TOS and products readme's preventing their stuff from being used at Second Life.  Even those who give their stuff for free with unrestricted use are warning that it not be used at Second Life.  The reason for this sudden upset is that Second Life now claims it will own and use for whatever purpose they deem fit, including selling your stuff and you have to agree to these terms before you can login at their site.
